REGISTRATION:
Registration is open and closes 30th April 2010. 
NSO’s/ NSA’s will organize a contingent and register it. Each NSO/NSA will develop tools to get information from their contingent members and use the information to fill in the Moot Registration forms. All participants must be part of the NSO contingent, and individual registration is not possible. If there are a few Scouts from your country interested in attending the Moot, as participants or IST, but you do not have sufficient numbers to register as a Contingent, please contact your Regional Office or the Moot Office as you may be able to link with another country so that Scouts from your country can benefit from this great opportunity.

Every contingent must have a person in charge, who must be 26 years or older and other contingent staff as laid out in the registration manual.
Fees paid after 30th April 2010 will attract a 15% more on the normal Category fee penalty.

Procedure
Registration kit is available in CD- ROMs and have been sent to the NSOs with accompanying circular. Those NSOs/NSAs that have not received the CDs containing Moot Registration Kits that were distributed to all NSOs/NSAs in the Scoutpak of 4th September 2009 with World Scout Bureau circulqr No. 23/2009 should notify the Moot office.
The Registration Kit include Registration Manual and  Moot Registration Spreadsheet,

Registration Procedure (by Head of Contingent)

1. Open  the Registration Kit CD- Rom
2. Choose the language of choice.
3. Open the spread sheet and save it in your hard drive and rename it.
4. Fill the 4 worksheets named Moot Registration forms
5. Send the data to WSM office.
6. You shall receive payment details

Please fill in all required information in the registration form worksheets for each participant, IST, contingent staff for advance organization of the Moot.

Payments

1. When registering you have to pay a registration fee as per your category.
2. Registration is only valid after a confirmation from your National Scout Association/Organization. Each NSO will provide WSM office with Contingent details. When we have their confirmation we will validate all registration and send the contingent leader an email with bank information for the registration fee.
3. Registration ends after the transfer of the Moot fees in the Moot Account and your Contingent Registration receive a receipt. The Electronic Transfer charge should be paid by your NSO.
4. Each payment should be notified with all details to the Moot office.
