FOOD DISTRIBUTION

• This will be from a central food distribution point. Food ratios will be per units in a sub camp (Alpha or Bravo). These are the two units that form a sub camp.
• IST/ Contingent staff will be served at a central cafeteria  for  Breakfast/ Packed Lunch and dine

 It is our great pleasure to inform you that the Government of Kenya, through Ministry of Immigration has officially informed the Kenya Scout Association that as part of their support to the Moot, they will extend a full waiver of visa fee to all Moot participants.

This is good news. We hope that these savings will enable you to add several other participants to your contingent.

For this to be effective, we will need you to provide us with details of your groups as follows -full name, passport number, date of arrival and a passport photograph

Please send this information to the Moot office Straight away so that we can forward it to the Ministry of Immigration in Kenya.
